Recruitment shall be as follows:

• If there is a vacant position in this section shall be published vacancy announcement, and qualification requirements for applicants.
• Initial stage starts with selection of candidates according to the qualification requirements. Upon successful completion of selection, applicants will be invited for interview and testing of professional knowledge. Applicants who have successfully passed the interview will be invited to undergo a final interview.
